After your intial enquiry from this website you will be emailed a Booking Form that must be completed and returned along with a returnable deposit of £200 per week. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of the return date if there has been no loss or damage to the property and/or its contents during your stay. If loss or damage has occured you will be charged the full amount for the replacement/repair at the current rate or cost. In such a case the deposit may act as payment/part-payment with the balance being due if applicable. You may also be charged for any extra cleaning that was found to be necessary and electricity used due to excessive use of the airconditioning system. We will send you confirmation which acts as our acceptance of your booking in accordance with these conditions. The contract is made in accordance with English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. The Owner shall not be liable to the Client or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or in any way is connected with the rental.
THE POOL. Use of the pool and surrounds is entirely at the risk of the Client or third parties. No diving is permitted and the water depth is 1 - 1.4 metres.
PAYMENT. The total cost plus deposit must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date. If full payment has not been received by this time the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance that covers cancellation. However, the following cancellation charges apply: A) BY CLIENT. If you cancel your booking a charge will be made. Cancellation must be in writing and signed by the person who signed the Booking Form. If cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before intended departure, only the deposit shall be forfeited. Otherwise the following charges will apply: 2-8 weeks before departure 50% of total cost. Less than 2 weeks before departure 100% of total cost. B) BY THE OWNER. It is unlikely that we will have to alter your booking, however, events beyond our control could result in a booking having to be cancelled, in which case all monies paid shall be refunded in full.
OCCUPANCY. Numbers of people are limited to those listed on the Booking Form (maximum of 4). Entry to the villa (check-in) must not be before 4pm. Exit from the villa (check-out) must be by 11am. It may be possible to check out later. However, this is on request and can only be confirmed a few days beforehand - a £30 charge will apply.
